Do I pay before review?
No. Payment is not collected during pre-qualification. If eligible, payment instructions are sent separately after a provider has reviewed your intake.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Every request is reviewed individually. Approval, product availability and next steps depend on provider review, clinical appropriateness, pharmacy requirements and applicable law.
Who reviews my information?
A licensed provider. Your intake is submitted through a secure form and is not visible publicly at any point.
Are these permitted in competition?
Many are not. If you compete under an anti-doping authority, check their prohibited list before requesting review. That responsibility remains yours.
