TRT Consultation — $125
A telehealth visit with a licensed provider is required before TRT can be prescribed. It cannot be skipped, and it happens before any lab work. If TRT is approved by your provider, your first month of TRT is included in the $125 consultation fee. Treatment is not guaranteed and depends on provider review.

Questions
What does the $125 consultation cover?
It covers the required telehealth consultation with a licensed provider. If TRT is approved by your provider, your first month of TRT is included in that $125 — there is no separate charge for month one. Treatment and prescription are subject to provider approval and are not guaranteed; the fee pays for the consultation whether or not TRT turns out to be appropriate for you. Later months are charged separately. Refunds and cancellations follow our published policy.
Do I pay anything before the visit?
Yes. The consultation is paid for in advance. Nothing is collected on the intake form — a provider reviews your request first, and if they can help you are sent a payment link for the consultation. The visit is scheduled once that is paid. Paying for a consultation buys the consultation; it is not a prescription and does not guarantee that treatment is appropriate for you.
Do I pay before review?
No. Payment is not collected during pre-qualification. If eligible, payment instructions are sent separately after a provider has reviewed your intake.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Every request is reviewed individually. Approval, product availability and next steps depend on provider review, clinical appropriateness, pharmacy requirements and applicable law.
Who reviews my information?
A licensed provider. Your intake is submitted through a secure form and is not visible publicly at any point.
Do I need labs before I can book a consultation?
No. The consultation comes first. Lab work is only requested after that consultation, and only if your provider asks for it.
What happens after my labs are reviewed?
Your provider approves, requests more information, or declines. If approved, a price is set and a secure payment link is sent to you by email.
