A telehealth visit with a licensed provider is required before hormone therapy can be prescribed. It cannot be skipped, and it happens before any lab work. Start below and a provider will schedule your visit with you.
Step 1
Start your secure intake — this is what puts your visit in the queue.
Step 2
A provider reviews it and, if they can help, sends you a link to pay for the consultation.
Step 3
Once that is paid, your telehealth visit is scheduled with you.
Step 4
You join the visit from your browser; lab work is requested after it, if your provider asks for it.
Your intake comes first. If a provider can help, you will be sent a payment link for the consultation — the visit is scheduled once that is paid. Paying for a consultation is not a prescription and does not guarantee treatment.

How the review works
Step 1
Complete a secure pre-qualification intake.
Step 2
Schedule and complete your telehealth visit with a provider.
Step 3
If your provider requests lab work, complete it and upload your results.
Step 4
Your provider reviews the visit and the labs, then approves, requests more information, or declines.
Questions
Do I pay anything before the visit?
Yes. The consultation is paid for in advance. Nothing is collected on the intake form — a provider reviews your request first, and if they can help you are sent a payment link for the consultation. The visit is scheduled once that is paid. Paying for a consultation buys the consultation; it is not a prescription and does not guarantee that treatment is appropriate for you.
Do I pay before review?
No. Payment is not collected during pre-qualification. If eligible, payment instructions are sent separately after a provider has reviewed your intake.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Every request is reviewed individually. Approval, product availability and next steps depend on provider review, clinical appropriateness, pharmacy requirements and applicable law.
Who reviews my information?
A licensed provider. Your intake is submitted through a secure form and is not visible publicly at any point.
Is this the same process as the mens programme?
The review structure is the same: consultation first, labs afterwards if requested, then a provider decision. What your provider discusses with you and asks for is decided individually.
