BioFuelHQ Compliance
Prescription & Compounding Policy
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
This policy explains how BioFuelHQ approaches prescription review, compounded medications, pharmacy coordination, testing language, and product eligibility.
1. Provider Review Required
BioFuelHQ does not guarantee prescriptions or product access.
Any prescription medication requires review and approval by a licensed provider acting within the scope of applicable law.
2. Compounding Pharmacy
When compounded medications are involved, they must be dispensed by an appropriately licensed pharmacy or outsourcing facility, as applicable.
If BioFuelHQ states that a product is associated with a 503A compounding pharmacy, that statement applies only when the pharmacy partner and patient-specific prescription pathway support that claim.
3. Patient-Specific Use
Compounded medication access may require a patient-specific prescription, clinical appropriateness, state-law compliance, pharmacy availability, and applicable federal requirements.
4. FDA Status
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved in the same way commercially manufactured drugs are approved.
Compounded medications may be appropriate in certain circumstances but may carry different risks, labeling, oversight, and availability considerations.
5. GLP-1 and Peptide Availability
Availability of GLP-1 medications, peptides, and compounded products may change based on FDA guidance, drug shortage status, pharmacy policy, state law, and provider judgment.
BioFuelHQ does not sell research chemicals or products intended to bypass prescription requirements.
6. Third-Party Testing and COAs
Any claim such as independent third-party tested, COA available, or quality tested should only be used when current documentation is available for the specific product or lot.
BioFuelHQ should not claim third-party testing unless documentation exists and can be reviewed internally.
7. No Disease Claims
BioFuelHQ does not claim that products diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease unless such claim is specifically permitted by law and supported by appropriate evidence.
Marketing language should be educational and compliant, not exaggerated or misleading.
Emergency Notice: BioFuelHQ is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
