Communications Consent

This policy explains how BioFuelHQ may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or other electronic communication.

1. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by BioFuelHQ, its care partners, or authorized vendors regarding your inquiry, pre-qualification, appointment, payment instructions, follow-up, or service updates.

2. Communication Channels

Communications may occur by phone, email, SMS/text message, secure form, portal, or other electronic method.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

3. Privacy Limitations

Email and SMS may not be fully secure. Do not send sensitive medical information through regular email or text unless instructed through a secure process.

Medical intake information should be submitted through the secure intake form or HIPAA-compliant platform provided by BioFuelHQ.

4. Opt Out

You may opt out of marketing communications.

Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional, safety, legal, billing, or service-related communications.
