We may use third-party vendors for HIPAA-compliant forms, hosting, secure storage, payment processing, email, SMS, scheduling, pharmacy coordination, labs, and provider review.

Where a vendor creates, receives, maintains, or transmits PHI/ePHI on our behalf, we require a Business Associate Agreement when required by law.

Payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor. BioFuelHQ does not ask for payment information during pre-qualification.

We do not intentionally use tracking tools to collect sensitive medical intake answers through public marketing pages.
