BioFuelHQ provides access to telehealth medical services through licensed healthcare professionals. Treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and fulfillment decisions are made based on each patient’s individual clinical circumstances, eligibility, location, medication availability, and applicable law.
Completing an intake, consultation, or payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Medical Provider
Clinical decisions are made independently by the treating healthcare provider. The provider determines whether treatment is medically appropriate and, when a prescription is issued, selects the appropriate medication and fulfillment pathway based on the patient’s clinical needs and applicable requirements.
Prescription Fulfillment
When prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, the treating provider determines the appropriate fulfillment source based on the prescribed treatment, patient location, medication availability, and applicable law.
BioFuelHQ works with multiple fulfillment partners. The source used for a particular patient may vary depending on the treatment prescribed.
Patients receive information identifying the pharmacy or fulfillment source associated with their treatment when applicable.

About Compounded Medications
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for individual patient needs when appropriate. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality in the same manner as FDA-approved commercially manufactured drugs.
A prescription for a compounded medication is issued only when the treating provider determines that it is clinically appropriate.
Your Dispensing Information
Patients receiving prescription medication will be provided with information identifying the dispensing pharmacy or applicable fulfillment source associated with their treatment.
Questions regarding a dispensed prescription should be directed to the dispensing pharmacy and the treating clinical team using the contact information provided with the patient’s treatment documentation or prescription packaging.
